In another post, I asked why birds in the barn were a problem because we have never worried about them. Come to think about it, I don't notice that many webs in the barn, maybe the birds eat the spiders. Hmmmm
Hi Karen, Have you ever ridden at Lone Mountain? It is near Harriman. We have been there twice, there are not a lot of trails, but as close as you are it would be a good ride. It is a long drive for us, so we have to wonder if it is worth it.
I'm so sorry y'all. I didn't get an email about the posts.
Anyway, I'm glad someone gave you the directions. We met and followed someone in that lives over that way, and I don't really know alot about the area. Thanks, Virgil for the help!
If you don't mind another 20 min. down the road, keep going until you see a 4 way stop sign, then turn right and go to Buck's Pocket State Park,or Morgan's Cove.
Directions: From the intersection of AL Hwy 227 and AL Hwy 62 just north of Guntersvill…
Take CR 227 out of Guntersville.. You'll go up a mountain and down the other side, maybe 5 miles.. You'll continue probably 2 more miles and past the main entrance to the park on your left.. Just keep going til you come to the lake again. You'll see…
There have been so many, East Fork, Big South, Circle E to name a few
Tell us something about you, anything.
My daughter and I each have two horses, we love trail riding and are always on the lookout for new places to ride. It is always good to hear about someone experience first hand about a trail riding place before we go, and we could share our experiences
that would be great to have someone to ride with.. just let me know when you are going and I will try my best to go.. I dont like the rough stuff.. but PLEASE let me know when you are going and I will try and go..here is my personal email.. tncharm1@bellsouth.net
