Can you give me directions from Summertown, Tn.? I am in between Columbia and Lawrenceburg tn. Is it a safe ride? I dont like steep hills, slippery rock.. had a bad fall last year at McBurg ride and had to have 3 surgeries on my leg.. so I am leery now..
