Melissa (AKA Mel) I was reading your post on a fund raiser ride for cancer awareness. We here at Timber Ridge would be willing to jump in, we would be willing to offer a benefit dinner on that weekend, you can charge what you think is fair for the plate and we wont charge for the food and the fixens!!! Let us know your take on this.

look at the top of this page under the discussion "How do I get an Edge Shirt." There is a link there to the Women on the Edge web site. You have to purchase your shirts from their web site if not attending a ride where they are selling them. There is also info. on their site about how to contact Cheryl Boren if you need to mail your payment, she can help you. Hope this helps.

Sorry guys, the New Years Day ride at Why Not is cancelled due to freezing temps coupled with high winds in the forcast. Look for a reschedule coming in February.

Just a reminder about the Middle TN Edge New Years Day ride at Why Not Ranch- January 1st. Bring a dish to share afterwards. We will provide plates/utensils/hot cocoa and apple cider.

Be ready to ride out PROMPTLY at 1:00. Get there in time to be tacked up and ready to ride out at 1:00. We will eat and chat around the campfire after the ride.

Why Not charges a $10 day rider fee. Check in at the barn, then sign in at the trailer parking for the ride. If you know you are coming please let me know so we will know about how many people to expect. Thanks! Hope to see you there.

Hey Bertie, I have an ideal for a ride this year and Cheryl said that I should get with you about it to.. I was thinking why don't we pull all the chapters together and have one big ride in lets say middle TN or some place else in the middle of every body. We could have a cancer awareness ride and charge $5 per rider to donate to the cancer research fund. Just an ideal to get all of us together to ride and to help others as well.. Let me know what you think... And would love to get some other ideal from the other members on where to hold the ride and also who would like to be apart of this.. Mel...

I know I will, I stayed there previously when Danny and Annie owned it. Did you decide what time the dinner will be served? : ) I enjoy eating whenever I don't have to do the cooking.

Hi Deborah,
You will have a wonderful time here at Timber Ridge, we had 3 cancellations so we do have three sites available where as the day before yesterday we did not, spread the word to anyone who may want to join you.
